BACKGROUND CHECKS

ALL Suburban Little League volunteers will be required to fill out the 2024 VOLUNTEER FORM. This form is filled out for every season and submitted for a Nation Wide Criminal search and National Sex Offender registry check. All required by Little League International and Districts.
